Mexican Taco Fiesta

Hola, Amigos. Welcome to our Mexican Taco Fiesta! Rather than eating a greasy and salty beef taco, how about making chicken tacos or chicken tortillas in a whole grain corn taco shell or multi-grain tortilla? Kids will slice avocados, shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, and make a taco sauce from tomato sauce, onions, cumin, and chili powder. The kids don’t focus on the fact that the tacos are healthy, they just know they taste good. The taco fixin’s bar is entirely set up by our li’l chefs. For dessert how about some Mexican-inspired cupcakes with sombrero toppers or fruit and pudding filled mini tarts? South of the border music can play in the background to add to the fiesta!
